THE PRIVACY POLICY
At Cali High Sports (“CHS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) we value your support and respect your privacy rights. As a demonstration of our commitment to protecting your rights, we created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we treat the information collected and received from your use of our website, http://www.calihighsports.com (“Website”). This Privacy Policy is provided to help you make an informed decision whether to continue to visit and use the Website, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website, and we are not responsible for the practices of persons, companies, or websites that CHS does not control, manage, or employ. Both this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use govern your interaction with the Website, and your registration to and use of the Website.
About the Service
CHS is a web-based interactive multimedia communications service that allows members to create athlete profiles which can be shared with coaches, recruiters and fans in order to showcase their talents and abilities. To accomplish this, each CHS member creates his or her own profile ("Profile"), which contains Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) that the member chooses to include. Such Personally Identifiable Information may include, among other things, the member's name, age, height, weight, high school, sports, and other similar information; it may also include shared content uploaded by the member to CHS, such as photographs, video and audio files, which may contain the member's Personally Identifiable Information and likeness (collectively, the "Profile Information").
Notice Concerning Children
PLEASE NOTE: This Website and any information, products, or services provided therein are limited to audiences thirteen (13) years of age or older. The Website does not direct any content specifically at children. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is underage, we will promptly delete any Personally Identifiable Information in that user’s account.

Most of our Website’s functionality can be used without revealing any personal information, though for some specific features or services personal information may be required. If you do not use these specific features or services on the Website, then the only information we collect will be “Non-Personal Information” (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you). Non-Personal Information includes information such as the web pages that you have viewed. Essentially, Cookies are a user’s identification card for the CHS servers. Cookies allow CHS to serve you better and more efficiently, and to personalize your experience at our Website. Cookies are not used to retain Personally Identifiable Information.
You should be able to control how and whether Cookies will be accepted by your web browser.
